The Hyde Park preschool ministry sits at the very beginning of that generational journey. Through the Weekday Preschool and the Part-Time Preschool, Hyde Park serves infants and young children from across Austin, partnering with families during the most formative years of a child’s life. Hyde Park Church is now seeking a Director of Preschool to provide the spiritual, educational, and operational leadership needed to ensure a healthy, safe, nurturing, and high-quality Christ-centered ministry across all of its preschool programs. The Director will serve as the public face of the preschool, articulating its vision and aligning it with the broader mission of Hyde Park Church.
The program supports children’s spiritual, social, emotional, physical, and academic growth through hands-on learning and Christian values.
The preschool provides a secure campus with warm, inviting classrooms where children can feel comfortable and cared for.
Small child-to-teacher ratios allow staff to provide more individual attention, guidance, and support to each child.
Teaching staff are trained in CPR and First Aid, helping ensure children’s health and safety throughout the school day.
Lessons and activities are designed to match each child’s age, stage, and learning needs.
The preschool emphasizes ongoing communication with parents and works to support families throughout their child’s early learning experience.
