Gilbert Christian Schools (GCS) is a thriving Christian school system comprising four campuses with a current enrollment of 2,313 students from 1,300+ families. By the grace of God and godly energy, GCS has been able to achieve this incredible impact in its short fifteen-year history.
The succinct words of the GCS mission are lived out every day: “to partner with parents to prepare the next generation to impact the world for Christ.” GCS takes partnership seriously and in a large school system, that’s rare and powerful.
At the helm of GCS, and a chief architect for its amazing growth and effectiveness, Superintendent Jim Desmarchais, confidently states: “We are not done!” GCS has a vision of more than 100% growth in the coming years. Gilbert and the surrounding communities known as the East Valley of Phoenix, AZ are growing at a pace to support the vision of the school’s leadership, namely … “to provide Christian education to as many families as possible.”
The Lord continues to bless and grow Gilbert Christian Schools. In the fall of this school year, GCS began adding an additional building to the high school.
