Lenawee Christian Ministries (LCM), founded in 1977 by Orville and Ruth Merillat, is a nonprofit organization in Lenawee County, Michigan. LCM is committed to encouraging strong Christian family growth and development. LCM fulfills this mission through its partnership and financial support of Lenawee Christian School and the Christian Family Centre. LCM assists these programs in their efforts of providing a biblically centered quality of life through the promotion of academic excellence, spiritual maturity, and the offering of various pro-family activities in a Christ-centered atmosphere.
LCM is now seeking a visionary Executive Director to lead LCS and The Centre into their next season of growth. This visionary leader will be responsible for advancing the unified mission of LCM—overseeing strategic, operational, and spiritual direction across both ministries. The Executive Director will champion a Christ-centered culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation, ensuring that both the school and center continue to thrive as places where individuals and families grow in faith, character, and community.
LCM operates both Lenawee Christian School and the Christian Family Centre on a 73-acre campus serving students, families, and the wider Adrian community.
